There’s one less Democrat in the running for that open seat on the Omaha City Council.

Cross off Republican Kyle Hutchings’ name.
After telling Nebraska Watchdog he was “very interested” Hutchings, a Douglas County Commissioner who is not running for re-election, has decided not to seek the open seat on the Omaha City Council.
